The AFCEA association regards itself as a professional organisation for information and telecommunication technology and aims to enable a versatile communication and exchange of ideas between users and suppliers of information and telecommunication technology.

Bremen IT + Medien e.V.
Bremen IT + Medien was founded in 1997 as an initative for the promotion, development and propagation of interactive media in the Bremen economic area.
As an institutionalised forum, Bremen IT + Media contributes to increasing the acceptance of new information technologies in Bremen and to increase the awareness of such technologies of decision-makers in the local industry as well as to provide impetus for projects. -

Bundesvereinigung Logistik
The mission of the nonprofit German Logistics Association (BVL) founded in 1978 is to act as a neutral platform to promote an awareness for the importance of logistics in industry, science and the public sphere, to systematically document logistical problem definitions, to develop methods and processes to solve these problems on an interdisciplinary and sector-focused basis and to promote and continuously optimise the application of the relevant solutions.
Today, BVL has about 9,500 members - companies and individuals from the worlds of industry, commerce, services and science who are actively involved in the business of logistics. -

Deutsche Gesellschaft für Wehrtechnik e.V.
The German Association for Defence Technology (DWT) is a non-profit organization dedicated to matters associated with national security. It was founded in Bad Godesberg in 1957 and today numbers about 210 sustaining members and some 1,000 individual members.
The DWT pursues the objective of promoting the knowledge of military technology, the defence industry, alliance capability and security policy. To this end, it organises numerous events to bring together experts and representatives from public life, politics, the German armed forces, business, science and research, as well as from various associations. -

Deutsches Maritimes Kompetenz Netz
The German Maritime Competency Network (DMKN) was founded by the German Naval Institute, the Marine-Offizier-Vereinigung (MOV) e.V. and the Marine-Offizier-Hilfe (MOH) e.V. together with cooperation partners to promote the cooperation and communication in the naval industry.
The DMKN aims to network the naval industry to reinforce its social and economic relevance. -

Förderkreis Deutsches Heer e.V.
(Association of the German Army) in Bonn and Berlin
The Association of the German Army (Förderkreis Deutsches Heer e.V. (FKH)) was founded in October 1995 in Bonn and is a forum for communication, discussion and platform for those who are engaged with the Bundeswehr and especially with the German Army.
The association wishes to bring together all the major elements within the political, public, economic, and procurement arenas, including scientific research with a degree of affinity with the German land forces and their involvement in joint and combined peacekeeping missions. -

Verband eLearning Business Norddeutschland e.V.
The eLearning Business Norddeutschland e.V. association aims to promote the e-learning business development and to strengthen its members as e-learning suppliers. Producers, users and experts use the vebn as a platform enabling the promotion of mutual cooperation and information and to foster the systematic communication of e-learning issues into relevant target groups in the economy, politics and the public.

The 'ZVEI - Zentralverband Elektrotechnik- und Elektronikindustrie e.V.', the German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association, represents the economic, technological and environmental policy interests of the German electrical and electronics industry at the national, European and international levels. It provides specific information about the economic, technical and regulatory framework conditions of the electrical industry in Germany.
The ZVEI promotes the development and use of innovative technologies by proposals concerning research, technological, environmental protection, educational and scientific policy. It supports market-orientated European and international standards-making activities.
