This is where the use of simulations in extended reality brings a decisive advantage. Because in contrast to the real situation, a simulation allows you to develop the ideal learning environment in which all learning content is mapped – close to reality, independent of time and place, and without any risk.

To this end, we create a didactic concept that takes into account the individual requirements of your company and guarantees a constantly high level of qualification. The main focus is on self-directed learning and competence development. Using simple organisational solutions, we implement new developments and create ideal learning environments for the acquisition of knowledge and skills by your employees, which also enable an uncomplicated analysis of the current learning status.

For the optimal learning application, we rely on blended learning, i.e. the use of different learning methods that exactly meet your individual needs. For example, we have developed a four-level qualification model for the training of crews for aircraft, helicopters, ships and submarines as well as land vehicles, which is used internationally:

In the first stage, the participants acquire the necessary basic knowledge with self-directed e-learning, which they can then apply in a simulation software in the second stage and thus carry out their own learning success control.

The third stage includes team training in a simulator with extended reality. Here, action sequences are trained together without risk before they are eventually applied in reality. The qualification model concludes on the fourth stage with a training assignment and an examination in a real vehicle.

When consulting and developing learning applications, customer-oriented communication is particularly important to us. Only in this way can we take individual requirements into account. Therefore we rely on an agile project management with tools like Scrum and the Kanban method. Current milestone plans and regular coordination with our clients in project meetings or video conferences are the basis for good communication and create transparency about the project status.
In addition to mind maps, we also use Unified Modelling Language (UML) to present the current development status to all stakeholders involved. This enables us to calculate project resources precisely and thus avoid undesirable developments.
